Marble sculptures are carved by robots
Carrara has been a town whose prosperity depends on artists for centuries. The famous Tuscan marble quarries provided Michelangelo and Bernini the best material for their sculptures. Robots are now being used to create contemporary works. Chris Livesay reports.
