Google has created an AI that can create music from text descriptions but will not release it

Google’s impressive AI system can create music of any genre based on a description in text. The company is hesitant to release the system, due to the potential risks.

Google’s MusicLM is not the first AI-generated song. Other attempts have included Riffusion, which is an AI that creates music by visualizing the data, Dance Diffusion and Google’s AudioML. Due to limited data and technical limitations, no AI has been able produce complex songs or high-fidelity.

MusicLM may be the first to offer this.
