Big Tech doesn’t want AI becoming conscious
Artificial intelligence is so impressive that some people believe it will one day be able to acquire human intelligence, and consciousness, along with it. AI can be more intelligent than humans, but not conscious. We don’t know how to make conscious AI. It might even not be desirable.
