ChatGPT is already being used by Meta, Canva and Shopify, among others, to power their chatbots for customer service. However, experts warn companies that they should be cautious of the unpredictable creativity and creativity of generative AI.

OpenAI has partnered up with Ada, a Toronto-based company automating 4.5 billion customer service interactions.
