The device from Israeli company Virusight detects COVID-19 within 20 minutes

Virusight Diagnostics, an Israeli company combining artificial intelligence software with spectral technologies, announced the results of a recent study which found that the Pathogens Diagnostics device detected COVID-19 at 96.3% accuracy compared to the common RTPCR.

Researchers from the Department of Science and Technology at University of Sannio in Benevento, Italy, conducted this study with TechnoGenetics S.p., a partner company. A.

The Virusight solution has been tested on 550 samples of saliva and was found to be effective and safe.
