Mark Zuckerberg launches a \”top-level\” team at Meta after losing billions on the metaverse to develop AI products and services for WhatsApp Messenger, Instagram, and Facebook

Meta has also joined the AI game.

Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of the tech giant, announced in a Monday Facebook post that it will create a \”top-level group\” to focus on generative AI – AI that can generate content – and \”build delightful experiences around this new technology into all our products.\”

He said that Meta was exploring AI experiences for text in WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram.

Zuckerberg did not specify what \”top-level\” meant in his post.
