Native American inventor Danielle Boyer blends tradition and innovation with robotics
Danielle Boyer was fascinated by robotics since a very young age. Boyer is Ojibwe and said that with limited resources, a problem faced by many Native American students, she took matters into her own hand.
She learned by watching YouTube videos, reading old electrical engineering texts, looking at maker kits from Amazon, and \”reverse-engineering\” everything.
Boyer is now the founder of The STEAM Connection. She has a mission: to provide technical and cultural education opportunities for Native American youth.
