The human brain works harder when playing table tennis with a robot opponent

The team created a cap that had over 100 electrodes on a backpack-sized gadget to analyze the brain of a human player.

This study is the first of its kind to show how a human’s brain reacts while playing table tennis with a robot opponent.

The University of Florida’s scientists have conducted a study that provides fascinating insights into the human brain. Findings revealed that the brains of human players reacted differently when playing against other humans or ball machines. The human brain found it much harder to play against robotic opponents.
