The approach may have worked in disrupting the social network business, but now it is causing problems for Facebook and other AI giants. Many AI projects fail because they are too slow and break things. According to a study by MIT, more than 85% of AI project fail to achieve their stated goals, and 70% data science projects are never completed. Moving fast and breaking things won’t get you closer to your goal.
